The Medequip team recently attended the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS)Congress, one of the leading global events in ophthalmology, to explore the latest advancements in ophthalmic technology, equipment and clinical solutions.

A key part of our visit was spending valuable time with the international suppliers and partners we are proud to represent in South Africa, including iCare, Haag-Streit, Optos, Tomey, PlenOptika and Meridian.

Meeting with our suppliers face-to-face allows us to strengthen the relationships we have built over the years, understand the latest developments in their product portfolios and discuss how their technologies can best support the South African ophthalmic and optometric market.

We were excited to see our suppliers showcase new technologies and innovative products, giving our team an opportunity to get an early look at what is coming next in ophthalmology and eye care.
